service process

In order to compensate for the disadvantages of remote fulfillment, such as slow delivery time, increased shipping cost, and customs duties, which are provided to Amazon North American account users, Trufulfillment provides a unique multi-fulfillment service that allows you to operate FBA in Canada and the United States at the same time at a minimal cost. The customer's products are stored in a Canadian warehouse at the border of the United States and Canada and delivered to the Amazon warehouse in the United States through the most cost-effective carrier recommended by a price comparison system linked to UPS, DHL, and Fedex.

Service details

1) Trufulfillment Centre → Ship to Canada Amazon FC  

   - Delivery time: about 1-2 days (Trufulfillment warehouse ~ shortest distance Amazon FC about 50 minutes)

   - Cost: About $8~$12 CAD for 10kg of product (via Amazon-partnered UPS)

2) Trufulfillment Centre → Ship to US Amazon FC

   - Delivery time: about 2 to 5 days (if express is selected, delivery time is reduced & the cost is increased)

   - Cost: About $30~$50 CAD when 10kg of product is received (Amazon-partnered UPS not available)

** Through the Trufulfillment delivery system, we guide you through the creation of a Seller central shipping plan so that the warehouse is assigned to the nearest Amazon FC warehouse in the US, and this makes a possible to minimize logistics costs.
